At First Innovators, we use research to better understand what is happening for people, businesses, organisations and communities. We want to hear directly from people about their experiences, ideas, challenges and what they believe needs to happen next.
We look at the challenges and barriers, but we also want to understand the strengths, successes and wins. What is working? What is not? Where are the gaps? What could be done differently? What resources are needed? Where could funding, partnerships and collaboration make a difference?
Most importantly, we want to understand what can be done with what we learn.
For us, the research is the starting point. The next step is working with people to turn those insights into strategies, projects, programs, partnerships and practical actions that can create meaningful change.
