    The First Innovators Business Growth Program is based on global best practice in entrepreneurship. The program IP belongs to Australian early stage investment firm, Investible, and specifically helps Indigenous business owners to overcome barriers to success.

  • Track record of success

    100% of business participants agree that First Innovators programs provide valuable insights and learnings that they will implement in their business. The First Innovators team of Indigenous coaches and trainers are all highly experienced business owners and facilitators of quality programs and workshops.

  • Free and accessible

    Other than a commitment of time and energy, programs are free for Indigenous business owners. By working in partnership with industry partners, Indigenous trainers, and sector experts, we seek to provide quality, culturally appropriate support that resonates.

  • Wrap-around support

    Combining real-time online workshops with self-paced learning, with ample 1:1 coaching and support. We work hard to ensure participating business owners feel connected to their cohort and to the First Innovators team of trainers, who are all focused on their wellbeing and success.

  • Sector-specific skills

    The First Innovators Business Growth Program is being developed to add value to businesses from specific sectors. From eco-tourism to botanical products, the aim is to unpack and overcome sector-specific challenges and learn strategies to take on bigger jobs or new markets.

  • Connection & networks

    All program graduates are invited to join the First Innovators Alumni group and continue to receive support from the First Innovators network, programs, events and workshops into the future.
