Funding Support

Grant &

Accessing funding is about more than finding the right grant. It starts with understanding what you want to achieve, developing the right solution and building a strong project or program around it.

First Innovators works with First Nations businesses, organisations and communities to identify funding opportunities, develop innovative responses to challenges, build projects and programs, and prepare strong funding applications.

We can work with you from the early stages of developing a solution through to project planning, grant writing, submission and ongoing support.

Helping turn opportunities, challenges and innovative solutions into strong projects and programs that are ready for funding.

How We Can Help

Strong applications start with well developed projects and programs.

We work with you to understand the challenge or opportunity, explore possible solutions and develop a practical approach that can create meaningful outcomes.

This can include developing the project or program model, defining the need, identifying who will benefit, establishing activities and outcomes, building partnerships, developing budgets and timelines, and clearly demonstrating the impact the funding can create.

Developing Strong Projects & Programs

We want organisations and businesses to become stronger at finding and accessing funding, not simply rely on someone else to write their applications.

Through coaching, workshops and working alongside you, we help build greater understanding of the funding landscape, what funders are looking for and how to develop stronger projects and applications.

Building Funding Capability

Funding can create the resources and opportunity to solve problems, test innovative approaches, build new programs, strengthen businesses, create employment and deliver better outcomes for communities.

Our focus is on helping First Nations businesses, organisations and communities develop strong solutions and connect them with the funding needed to make them happen.

Creating Impact Through Funding

Have a challenge you want to solve, an opportunity you want to explore or a project or program you want to develop?

Bring it to First Innovators.

We can work with you to develop the solution, build the project or program, identify funding opportunities and put together a strong application that clearly demonstrates what you want to achieve and the impact it can create.

Let’s turn opportunities into action and funding into impact.
