Community Engagement, Co Design & Projects

First Innovators works with organisations to engage First Nations people, businesses and communities, bringing their knowledge, experience and ideas into projects, programs and decision making.

We partner with First Nations businesses, industry experts and community to bring the right knowledge and experience to the work, supporting engagement, co design and the development of practical projects and actions.

Working With Community

We believe communities should play a genuine role in shaping the projects, programs and decisions that affect them.

We work alongside community from the beginning, creating opportunities for people to share their knowledge, experiences, challenges, strengths and ideas.

Together we can explore what is possible, think differently about challenges and develop solutions that reflect local priorities, knowledge and aspirations.
