Grant Summary:
The auDA Community Grants Program supports community-led projects, education and research activities that create a more inclusive and innovative digital future for Australians. A total of $750,000 is available in the 2026 round, with 15 organisations receiving grants of $50,000 each.

The 2026 program focuses on digital inclusion and digital innovation, particularly projects benefiting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, rural, regional and remote Australians, Australians living with disability, and young Australians aged 12–24.

Projects must demonstrate clear value to the Australian community and produce outcomes or resources that are broadly accessible through the internet. This could include initiatives that improve digital access, skills and participation or develop innovative ways of using digital technology to benefit priority communities.

Eligible applicants include not-for-profit organisations, research institutions and universities registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC). Organisations must be registered in Australia and up to date with their ACNC reporting requirements.

Successful applicants must contribute at least 10% of the grant amount to the project through their own financial or in-kind contribution. Each organisation can submit one application.
