Grant Summary:
The Creative Australia Arts Projects for Organisations program provides grants of $20,000 to $100,000 for organisations delivering arts projects, programs and activities that benefit the Australian arts sector, audiences and communities.
Organisations can apply for funding for a single project, multiple related projects or an annual program of activities, with funded activities lasting for up to two years.
Funding can support a broad range of creative activities including the development of new work, professional development, mentoring, artist residencies, research, creative development, experimentation, collaborations, cultural exchanges, touring, festivals, exhibitions, performances, productions, publishing and recording.
Funding can also support projects that strengthen the broader arts sector through promotion and marketing, market development, community engagement, professional development and initiatives that create new opportunities for artists and creative practitioners.
Projects can be delivered across Australia, internationally, online or through a combination of face-to-face and digital activities. International organisations can also apply where their project provides a clear benefit to Australian practising artists, Australian creative work or Australian audiences.
Only organisations can apply for this funding category. Applications seeking assessment through the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander panel must come from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations.
